Base Healing is a non-judgmental coaching environment created by ordinary people seeking the changes in their lives. We combine personal training sessions with nutrition, so that you will feel capable, prepared and in shape to conquer, and without pressure, demeaning or unrealistic expectations. We make our method based on the ideas of care, comfort, and support as the process of progress is easier when you are safe and understood. The resilience of the founder who survived serious injuries is also influential on Base Healing because it demonstrates that the failures can be an excellent starting point. It can be a weight loss, hypertrophy, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, stretching, or just the desire to develop consistency, we will meet you at where you are and go step by step. Our culture gives precedence to endurance, uniformity, and true development as opposed to perfection. We do not expect to coach without listening, get emotional, and coach in an action-oriented way. All clients should be respected, motivated and have a viable plan.
